What is stock market, stock market and stocks?

What is stock..... Many people may have just heard through it. Or some people may be interested in investing in stocks. But actually investing in stocks is not a risky venture.... Therefore, it is imperative that we study all the time. Probably no one who doesn't know... Stocks are a commodity in the stock market. collectively called Equity instruments which the stock is Equity investment in trading...

Stock instruments that most investors trade It will be issued by a public limited company that wants to raise funds from the public. so that we can get involved as owners in that business and are traded through the Stock Exchange of Thailand or as we call it The stock market itself...

Stock instruments that most investors trade It will be issued by a public limited company that wants to raise funds from the public. so that we can get involved as owners in that business and are traded through the Stock Exchange of Thailand or as we call it The stock market itself...

1- Dividend is the profit from the company's operations that share the profit for that year, which will be paid according to the conditions of the listed company.

2- Capital gain is buying cheap stocks and selling them high. Will get a profit margin, or what investors often call it ... playing the stock itself.

3- Right to subscribe for newly issued shares (Subscription Right) in the event that the company issues new shares The Company will grant the existing shareholders the right to trade in newly issued shares before the general public at a specified price. to give rights to existing shareholders Do not let the ownership and control of the business decrease when the shares are traded and the number of shares increases...

4-Ringts are the right to attend meetings and to have voting rights. and ask questions in our status as a business owner According to the proportion of ownership or the number of shares we hold... such as capital increase, dividend payment Mergers and acquisitions, etc...

The real stock market is actually the capital market itself... which the capital market will be part of the financial market (Financial Market), which we can separate Financial markets and agencies that play an important role can be divided into 2 groups:

1- Money Market The agency that plays the most role in the money market transactions is financial institution The main objective of the money market is to circulate short-term capital, for example, to maintain business liquidity, etc...

2- Capital Market The agency that plays the most role in capital market transactions is Stock Exchange of Thailand The main objective of the capital market is to be a source of long-term funding for long-term investments such as investments in government bonds. purchase of bonds Preferred shares Mutual Fund Investment Units Warrants and trading of ordinary shares of listed companies, etc...

The capital market can also be divided into two types:

1- The first market is the market for newly issued securities. Those who need capital will raise funds from investors directly by issuing and offering securities, which can be in the form of debt instruments such as bonds, debentures or equity instruments such as common shares, etc.

2- Secondary market is a market for trading securities that have been offered for sale in the first market itself... The secondary market in Thailand that we know well is the Stock Exchange of Thailand. that investors must trade securities Through the Stock Exchange of Thailand.... Currently, there is another secondary market in Thailand, the Market for Alternative Investment, also known as the MAI market. Investors often call the stock market a new market ... market. This MAI is an open marketplace for smaller companies to register for securities trading, with easier listing conditions. And the registered capital is less than the Stock Exchange of Thailand itself...

The essential elements and functions of the stock market that must have and are indispensable are

1- Analysis of the stock market index Or as we call each other vibrating that SET INDEX itself.

2- Brokers, also known as stock broker Every day there is an analysis and there is a marketing staff to take care of us whenever we need it. We can choose to open an account with any broker according to our satisfaction.

3- Must have the product itself, i.e. registered securities.

4- Indispensable is an investor invester, which can be divided into Domestic institutional investors foreign investors general investor Or the retail investor itself...

We'll probably see the picture already. Principles of the stock market, stock market and stocks, why should we trade? And how do stocks play a role in the history of the stocks we trade? Indeed, investment In a world of capitalism like this... even with risks... but investment is still the only answer today that will make us more wealthy... still driving the economic system. Ahead...is a good indicator of the national economic system and the global economy at the macro level. "High Risk High Expected Return" If we want high returns and wealth... We have to accept higher risks as well. And this is the nature of investment that we may not be able to escape. ... Finally, I wish you success in stepping into the world of investors... see you in the next articles. Yes... ....^_^ ...
