3- Right to subscribe for newly issued shares (Subscription Right) in the event that the company issues new shares The Company will grant the existing shareholders the right to trade in newly issued shares before the general public at a specified price. to give rights to existing shareholders Do not let the ownership and control of the business decrease when the shares are traded and the number of shares increases...

The real stock market is actually the capital market itself... which the capital market will be part of the financial market (Financial Market), which we can separate Financial markets and agencies that play an important role can be divided into 2 groups:

2- Capital Market The agency that plays the most role in capital market transactions is Stock Exchange of Thailand The main objective of the capital market is to be a source of long-term funding for long-term investments such as investments in government bonds. purchase of bonds Preferred shares Mutual Fund Investment Units Warrants and trading of ordinary shares of listed companies, etc...

The capital market can also be divided into two types: 

 

1- The first market is the market for newly issued securities. Those who need capital will raise funds from investors directly by issuing and offering securities, which can be in the form of debt instruments such as bonds, debentures or equity instruments such as common shares, etc. 

 

2- Secondary market is a market for trading securities that have been offered for sale in the first market itself... The secondary market in Thailand that we know well is the Stock Exchange of Thailand. that investors must trade securities Through the Stock Exchange of Thailand.... Currently, there is another secondary market in Thailand, the Market for Alternative Investment, also known as the MAI market. Investors often call the stock market a new market ... market. This MAI is an open marketplace for smaller companies to register for securities trading, with easier listing conditions. And the registered capital is less than the Stock Exchange of Thailand itself...

 

The essential elements and functions of the stock market that must have and are indispensable are 

 

1- Analysis of the stock market index Or as we call each other vibrating that SET INDEX itself. 

 

2- Brokers, also known as stock broker Every day there is an analysis and there is a marketing staff to take care of us whenever we need it. We can choose to open an account with any broker according to our satisfaction.

 

3- Must have the product itself, i.e. registered securities.

 

4- Indispensable is an investor invester, which can be divided into Domestic institutional investors foreign investors general investor Or the retail investor itself...
